We begin our research phase with a discovery kick-off to understand more about your business, current goals, value propositions, and competitive landscape. From there we’ll perform a deep dive audit using analytics tools, heat maps, video tracking, and our own heuristics to develop a roadmap for quick-win improvements and larger experiments.
